Orders/ Shipping

Depending on the method of delivery. Your order’s tracking number will be emailed to you if applicable when your order is being dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours as sometimes the orders are not scanned right away.

It depends on the product, we carry various seasonal items, one of a kind pieces and other items that may not be back in stock. However, if an item is out of stock and you have a special request, please contact us and we would love to see if we can place a custom order for you depending on the items requested.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order,  we gladly accept returns on unworn items. Of course, they must be in original condition with the factory tags still factory attached (excluding items such as: Clearance, Sale, Accessories, Candles, Swimwear, Intimates, Handmade and Vintage)

Check your spam and junk folders. Sometimes depending on your settings and host, your mail may have been directed to a junk or ‘Promotions’ folder. Please check here first before submitting a contact form.

We offer free express shipping in USA on orders of $199+!

Our goal s to have your order processed within 24 hours from the time you placed it.

You should receive a confirmation email also confirming with you that it has been sent.

Please take into consideration if it is a holiday season, or a busy time of year, sales and back orders sometimes change this, and we ask during these times to allow up to 48 hours for your item to be shipped. Also note, we do not operate on weekends, so if you’ve ordered late on Friday or over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until Monday.

We do not operate on the weekends unless otherwise agreed upon in a custom order with our customer. Our standard operating hours are as following: Monday-Friday 8am to 5:00pm EST.

Gifts/ Gift Cards

Yes! Electronic gift cards (e-cards) may be purchased and personalized through our website www.mfactorfashion.com. It will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours of submitting your order. Physical gift cards are also available for purchase and will be shipped directly to you or the recipient via UPS. Both e-cards and physical gift cards can be used on mfactorfashion.com for orders shipping domestically.

Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed outside the US.

Our specialists will ask you a few questions to make sure that we are guiding you in the right direction. For example if you were getting your daughter a gift, we would ask favorite colors, if she prefers rose gold to sterling silver, etc. We take the time to help every customer thats what makes us different than some of the competition. 🙂


Jewelry Care

Because our fashion jewelry is Gold or Rhodium plated over brass, it is possible for the plating to fade over time from continuous wear. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable over the lifetime of any plated jewelry. Because of this, we do recommend that our customers are cautious when washing their hands, and other activities such as cleaning, swimming or adding hand sanitizer to their hands.  Cleaning agents, chlorine, detergents, etc all can remove the plating.

We offer a jewelry pouch and polish cloth set upon check out that helps as a safe storage while doing the above activities and to also help you keep your jewelry shiny and new!
