Refund and Returns Policy
At M Factor Fashion, we take pride in creating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Because many of our items are custom-made or personalized, they are difficult to return; however, your satisfaction is our priority.
Personalized & Custom Items
Due to the nature of our personalized and custom keepsakes, these items are final sale. Because each piece is handcrafted, please be aware that natural stones, hand-painted details, and materials may vary slightly in texture, color, and finish. These variations are a testament to the artisan nature of your product and are not considered defects.
Standard Returns & Exchanges
For non-personalized items, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

- Personalized or custom-made keepsakes
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe your item is defective, please email us at info@mfactorfashion.com.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Tracking Your Order
If you have questions regarding the status of a shipment or tracking your order:
- How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier’s website to view the latest status of your delivery.
- How long until my order ships? Standard processing times vary based on the item. Personalized items require additional time for creation. Please refer to your order confirmation for estimated shipping windows.
